Dr. Spencer is a skilled urologist bringing a wealth of experience to join Urology Associates and expanding the group’s presence further into Mississippi. He has provided excellent urologic care to patients along the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the past 12 years. He is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated from Pascagoula High School. He went on to complete his undergraduate degree at Birmingham-Southern College. He attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham (UAB) and his urology training was completed at the University of Mississippi in Jackson.
Dr. Spencer is a member of the American Urological Association and Mississippi State Medical Association. He is trained in all aspects of general urology and focuses on minimally invasive management of urologic cancers, benign prostatic hyperplasia and stone disease. He recently was recognized as a “Surgeon of Excellence in Robotic Surgery”. He is active in the medical staff and completed his service as the Chief of Staff of Singing River Hospital System in October of 2022.
Dr. Spencer attends patients at the Pascagoula and Ocean Springs campuses of Singing River Hospital System. Outside of his clinical practice, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities with his three sons and wife of almost 20 years.
